AGENCI FOR BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS (ACCIÓ)

Induforest, SL has received a grant of 365,884.00 euros, for an eligible minimum investment of 1,829,420.00 euros, under the program “subsidies for productive investment projects that improve competitiveness, environmental sustainability, and digitalization in industrial companies,” awarded by the Agency for Business Competitiveness (ACCIÓ) of the Department of Business and Labour of the Government of Catalonia.

The grant has been allocated to the investment project of a new wood treatment plant that the company is currently developing in the municipality of Sant Joan de Vilatorrada (Bages). The aim is to expand and modernize its wood treatment facilities and add a new chipper installation that will allow the recovery of both in-house and third-party waste generated by the activity, fostering a circular economy and opening a new line of business for INDUFOREST.
